P.s I am a indoor breeder in my living room kitchen because due to my tenancy agreement I cant have an outside Aviary or bird room or shed of any kind which is a sad pity because our garden is a shared communal garden for all to use.

What I use for my budgies is egg food supplements. They really like the Quiko egg food. I will feed it to them in their daily food and it put them in breeding condition. Also, lots of light and plenty of water and food puts them in condition. Try to sprout some of the bird seed and feed it to them. Budgies breed in the wild when there are fresh seed that is soft and tender enough to feed to their chicks.

I bred my first clutch of budgies in my bedroom of my apartment that I was living it. Be sure to keep the temperature around 70 degrees Fahrenheit and eventually you'll start to see their cere turn a dark brown.

    Hope this helps.
