    Question GCC Beak Concerns

Hi, I have been a little concerned about Jasmine's beak, there is a noticeable lip at the tip and I am trying to figure out if it is fairly normal or not. Thoughts? She had a birdy spa day today, she had a nice bath with towel snuggles afterwards and I did her nails for her as they were getting a little long. I also filed her beak lightly to smooth it and very tip of her beak as it turned into a little knife lol! She's quite the content little lady now.

If you talking about the lines where it looks like it is peeling I have saw lots of beaks with these. My daughter use to use a Emery board on Boomers to clean his up. She also does it to my sisters Amazon and Mango actually loves it when she is doing it.

She is such a sweet little brd. I've also seen beaks that peel. As long as she is getting plenty of calcium I would not be too concerned. If you are scheduled for a vet visit fairly soon, they will take a look at it!
