    Question Cockatiel layed eggs

    Hello!

My little lady cockatiel Chell has started laying eggs without a mate, this isn't a big issue but she layed her eggs outside the cage and I want her to be in the cage at night. So will it cause any problems if i put her in the cage at night and just let her sit on her eggs during the day? (she refuses to sit on the eggs if i move them into the cage)

    Re: Cockatiel layed eggs

Hi, and welcome to the community. It will be ok to leave the eggs outside the cage at night. She needs to have the eggs for at least 25 dzys, or, until one day she just abandons them during that period of time.
