I would suggest you find an animal and bird hospital, or an Avian vet or regular vet in your community to take a look at her. This really needs a professional evaluation as soon as possible. All birds hide illness, and many times are well advanced in the condition before a vet sees them, so taking her in right away is very important.

If wing injury still bleeds or leak fluids (so sorry, I'm not sure how to say that in english) sometimes she tries to clean this up and the beak get dirty. From my experiance dry blood looks brown on light feathers. I dont know what injury she had but maybe she still has broken feather which make her bleed.
But please take her to any vet asap.

Can you see a broken feather where she is chewing her feather? If not she might be chewing on it and it has become a habit. Birds will keep on doing this. If there is no broken feather I would put a cone on her so she cannot keep chewing on it.

Collars are usually round plastic circles that you put around your birds neck. People use them on dogs and cats as well to keep them from licking or biting injuries.

Here is a link that shows lots of different bird collars. https://www.birdsupplies.com/collect...ng-bird-collar

Hopefully you can find someone around you that sells them. I know some people make them but you got to be really careful because a birds neck can easily be hurt.

I am sorry she is chewing her skin.

Yes. The collar is the best solution so she will be not able to touch the wound. In case of home made collar here is video how to measure bird >> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s-iN6zO_kSk . Making circle collar isn't too difficult. I believe it need a bit of felt and touch fasteners only.
After she will stop touching wound it will heal by itself without using any medicines anymore.

I hope all will be fine and she will be good soon

One bad news. i got the collar today. and i just gave it to her. but she continuously trying to get rid of it. and while trying to remove the collar she damaged her wings more and she had too much loss of blood. i immediately removed the collar and apply medicine on her wings to stop the blood. after that she fluffed up. i don't know now what to do.
