    Birdy Body Language

Kirby, my half moon concure has been doing a weird head banging thing recently. He taps his beak against the bars of his cage, then does a happy dance, then does it again. He'll also do it on his perches. Peck the perch, listen, happy dance, rinse and repeat. Any idea what this means?

    Re: Birdy Body Language

I got to wonder if it's a mating dance. Boomer did something like this too. As he got older he would feed things instead of just pecking at the perches.
