What type of budgie will my budgies be ?

    Hello
I would like to know how a baby would look like if these 2 budgie bred.

    My male Budgie - https://i.pinimg.com/736x/26/22/9e/2...rds-birds-.jpg

    My female Budgie - https://i.pinimg.com/originals/b6/12...5f6f21e114.jpg

These 2 have mated and had 6 eggs 2 infertile while the other 4 hatched

2 chicks died due to crop being full of air but 0% food.

The 2 chicks left are 2.5 weeks old and the have the same colours so far which are a yellow head Full white body and pure blue flight feathers with a yellow tail
What mutations could these budgie be ? ?

Sorry if this is a stupid question.. im just curious.

Try surfing over to a website called Budgie Place, or type in your search....mutations of budgies. I once bred a pair. They had 4 babies. Two looked like dad, and two like mom.

If any of these budgies you are breeding now are the ones you were breeding not long ago, it is my view and opinion you should separate the pair for a few months and put them in separate cages so the hen can have time to rebuild her body of calcium. Laying eggs and hatching them is very stressful for her, and breeding her over and over will not only ruin her health, but also put any new babies at risk for health problems, and even death, like what happened to two of the babies recently. Even professional breeders rest their pairs after a hatch.

Hi...This is a completely different pair and both of the budgies are over 1 year old..
And this is their first clutch
I have learnt from previous mistakes and will now definitely separate these two budgie after this clutch is complete and the 2 babies are able to eat by themselves.
Thanks for the help though.. Appreciate it ;D

This is what you are looking for.

Ok, it's not too simple, but hey... that's nature! Most of the time, the difficult thing is that you have to know exactly what mutation the parents are. If you don't know that for sure, you can get some surprise.
