I feel that even though they leave the nest, they do not go a long distance away, when they have been cared for by humans, if only for a short while. I would be watchful always, hoping she will return, even if at a distance. I would say, if she does return, even if she keeps her distance, somehow you will know it is her, bevasude you would probably not normally see pigeons coming back again and again, unless you were feeding them. And I do hope those nodules have healed and disappeared. You are a wonderful, caring person, to help her and her family. We will watch for updates.

Oh if so I will be watchful, lets hope she visits once in a while. I'll definitely post back if this happens and my instincts say its her!

Yaa I also hope she has healed and now healthy. And thanks for the kind words, I believe we all on this forum are similar. Not many folks take out time to post and reply to queries so promptly. Thanks again to the community, Deanna, Carolyn and you! God bless!

That is one of the hardest things to watch a bird struggle and then they fly off and you just do not see them again. I hope your little baby is all good and flying around having a blast being a happy new flying baby. I forgot about Apple cider vinegar. I gave it to our wild ones when a bad bird disease was around here. It wont hurt them but might just help them.
Fly Free Boomer, we will forever love you.

Yes Apple cider vinegar (organic one) came in as surprise to me, but seems logical now!

On the post card front, i wish if they could do that
