I like snow in pictures or during my night walk imagining myself crossing the Alps , but yes it has also its bad side and springtime is always too long to arrive.

LOL walking through deep snow in the Alps... I am just happy we have not had any snow here yet this year. It is however just up the road so if we want to see snow we can drive 30 minutes up the highway and see it on our Beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountain range.

No I have not been much in nature lately I had a very cold week, tonight I have 14°F I prefer my wood burner lol, temperatures will rise tuesday, I'm planning to get out as much as I can then, as I heard rumors of a third lockdown for february and march.

Baby birds are okay, I lost the youngest but the other start showing some colors

That's why I don't like to have too much babies in the same nest, the younger is often crushed, he was 8 days younger, you can imagine the difference in weight.
