New Bird Owner with lots of questions......
I just bought a cockatiel that is about 1 year old from a pet shop they told me that it lived with a guy and he couldn't take care of him anymore. They told me he talks and sings, but I find that the bird is very nervous, now I understand moving to a new home is stressfull and everything but is it normal to have the bird hiss at you and try to bite you when you walk by the cage or try to talk to it? At 1 year old is it normal for it to be this upset and is there still hope for me to tame the bird if the bird isnt tame already?
Very curious New Owner....

Hi.
You might want to post your bird questions in one of the bird forums, where the experienced owners will be sure to see them.
