General Rules & Regulations (for the May contest)
- Each contest will have a different theme.
- Users will submit pictures until around the 15th.
- Tailfeathers members will begin voting for a winner starting on around the 15th.
- Voting will conclude around the 31st. The winner will be announced and get network coverage beginning around on the first of the following month, at which time a new contest will begin.
